As a commercial planning manager, you are entrusted to drive performances through bespoke analysis, provide analytical and strategic insights to the Retail Director and the Retail Managers, support Retail Managers and the Operational Manager in achieving targets and plan retail operations support and roll out.
What you will be doing
- Commercial Performance Management
- Analyze sales, KPIs, and trends based on RMs needs
- Monitor objectives and action plans (PIP, new openings, remerch)
- Guide and support Retail Managers on performance Business Planning
- Forecasting, simulations, and business cases
- Build dashboards and reporting tools
- Provide strategic recommendations to the Retail Director (Retail Calendar, commercial moments analysis.. )
- Lead and coordinate the work of the Retail Coordinator, and the Project Coordinator
- Support the team's development in project management and data analysis skills.
- Allocate tasks and priorities according to the department's needs.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate with entire retail team
- Act as a liaison with other departments supporting the RD on projects
- Contribute to retail transformation projects
- Drive the retail coordinator to support his missions

Skills & Qualities Required
- Experience in retail with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Leadership without direct management responsibilities
- Proficiency in reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
- Project management skills
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with an international & local clientele.
- Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- Background in business, fashion, luxury, or client relations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent listening skills, patience, understanding and resilience.
