As our Retail Coordinator, you will support the Retail Team with the coordination of all retail activities and initiatives for the Village with the objective of improving store productivity, maintenance, hospitality and sales targets.  You will be the point of contact for Retail Team with other departments on projects in common.

What you will be doing

The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following.  

 

  • ​​Support in the implementation and administration of the Village Retail Strategy
  • Be responsible for the management of Salesforce (creation and extraction of Brand offers list) and maintenance of Brand Portal
  • Be responsible for the maintenance of the reports, tools and data on SharePoint is up to date, ensuring the transparency all times
  • Event coordination – coordinate department events (Team building events, competition visits…)
  • Create weekly Newsflash to be sent out to Store Managers
  • Provide support with CRM tool (Coniq) by issuing weekly and monthly Coniq reports, sending daily Coniq rates to Brands and ensuring the replacement and set up of Coniq scanners
  • Provide support in the organization of Brand Staff events (afterworks, the White dinner, Christmas Dinner…)

We are looking for an individual who can display the following experience and skills:​ 

  • ​​​Degree education or relevant qualification is preferrable 
  • ​Proven experience in the fashion or luxury retail industry 
  • ​Excellent relationship building skills with external parties 
  • ​Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills 
  • ​Strong analytical skills and numerical sense with an excellent eye for detail  
  • ​Ability to prioritise your work to meet tight and multiple deadlines 
  • ​Fluent in English, any other European languages would be advantageous​​
