As a Senior Personal Shopper, you are entrusted with curating exceptional fashion experiences for our most discerning clients. What you will be doing

Client Portfolio Management

  • Bring, manage and grow a portfolio of UHNW and VIP clients with discretion, trust, and long-term vision.
  • Use CRM tools to track preferences, purchase history, and lifestyle indicators to anticipate future needs.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, offering fashion guidance, seasonal updates, and proactive personalized outreach through guest’s favorite communication stream

Business Impact & Innovation

  • Drive revenue growth through high-value transactions, client retention, and referrals.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation in client experience, personalization, and service design and report it to Private Client Management
  • Report on KPIs, client satisfaction, and strategic insights to senior leadership.
  • Being able to drive revenue through different channels (In village, in suites, remotely, through color analysis)

Luxury Fashion Leadership

  • Lead the curation of high-value, trend-forward, and exclusive fashion selections tailored to individual client profiles either in the suites or in village.
  • Maintain privileged relationships with luxury brands to access capsule collections, bespoke pieces, and private previews.
  • Being able to provide fashion trends and be able to be proactive in sharing with the team.

Unreasonable Hospitality

  • Design and execute emotionally resonant client journeys that go far beyond expectations — from surprise gestures to immersive experiences.
  • Champion a culture of generosity, empathy, and personalization across all touchpoints.
  • Create signature moments that clients associate with the Bicester Collection — celebrating milestones, life events, and personal stories.

Cross-Functional Influence

  • Collaborate with internal local & central teams (hospitality, retail, PR, partnership) to deliver seamless, multi-sensory experiences for BtoC, BtoB or brand awareness audience.
  • Mentor junior personal shoppers and contribute to internal training programs on luxury service and hospitality.
  • Be one of the spokesperson for the department activations, brand events, and client-facing initiatives.

Skills & Qualities Required

  • Genuine empathy, attention to detail, and natural generosity.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with an international & local clientele.
  • Mastery of luxury codes, with the ability to reinvent them with humanity.
  • Strong storytelling ability and emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English;
  • A collaborative approach to team work, and a flexible working style is essential;
  • Thorough knowledge of current international fashion trends, designers, products and a good sense of what styles suit clients;
  • Has a strong network and an existing local client list “Black Book” (without off limit exclusions);
  • Awareness of cultural sensitivities who can flex their personal style to best service the client;
  • Autonomy, precision, highly organized and initiative.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, emotional selling techniques, and omnichannel environments.
  • Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English; additional languages (Mandarin, Arabic, Russian, Hindi etc.)are a plus.

Ideal Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or bespoke event services.
  • Background in business, fashion, luxury, or client relations.
  • Passion for people, beauty, detail, and excellence.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent listening skills, patience, understanding and resilience.
