As our Private Spaces Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring teams while orchestrating highend, personalized experiences and exclusive events for High Net Worth guests.
You will act as the conductor of the Private Spaces ecosystem, aligning people, partners, internal departments and suppliers to deliver singular, memorable moments, fully consistent with the Private Client strategy and the Village’s positioning.
Through strong presence, empathy and professionalism, you will anticipate guests expectations, set exemplary standards on the floor and ensure a flawless level of execution across all touchpoints. You will also be the Ambassador of Private spaces towards luxury brands trading at La Vallée. You will animate and engage with this community to understand needs and develop joined opportunities. The operational running of the Apartment and the Personal Shopping Suites is a 7-day-a-week facility, and you will often work on weekends and bank holidays.
What you will be doing
The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following.
Business & Positioning
- Develop and implement the positioning and business strategy for the Apartment and Personal Shopping Suites.
- Ensure alignment with the Village’s overall Hospitality and Guest Experience strategy.
- Own the annual business plan and calendar for the Private Spaces.
People Leadership & Culture
- Inspire, coach and develop teams (internal and third-party) to deliver outstanding, personalized service.
- Lead by example, with strong presence on the floor, professionalism, empathy and discretion.
- Foster a culture of care, trust and excellence, where teams feel empowered to go beyond expectations for each guest.
- Create strong engagement and pride within the team through clear standards, feedback and recognition.
- Act as a role model and ambassador of the Private Client experience.
Guest Experience & Anticipation
- Anticipate the needs and preferences of VIP and HNW guests, proactively adapting services and experiences.
- Design and deliver singular, memorable experiences through thoughtful storytelling, refined attention to detail and highly personalised services.
- Resolve complex or sensitive situations with discretion, emotional intelligence and efficiency.
- Personally engage with top clients to build long-term relationships and emotional loyalty.
- Own a portfolio of 100+ Private Clients, nurturing relationships beyond the visit.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation, atmosphere and service across all Private Spaces.
- Ensure flawless daily operations while preserving a warm, calm and exclusive environment.
- Guarantee that the Apartment and Personal Shopping Suites consistently reflect 5star hospitality standards.
- Ensure guest feedback is captured, analysed and translated into continuous improvement actions.
Events & Experience Orchestration
- Lead the design, planning and execution of exclusive events within the Private Spaces, aligned with the Private Client strategy and overall Village positioning.
- Orchestrate multiple priorities simultaneously, coordinating partners, internal departments and external suppliers with agility and clarity.
- Act as the central point of alignment between Hospitality, Partnerships, Brands, Operations and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
- Guarantee a flawless level of execution, from concept to delivery, ensuring each event reflects the highest standards of luxury, discretion and attention to detail.
- Anticipate risks, manage constraints and adapt in real time while preserving the guest experience and strategic intent.
- Use events as a lever to create emotionally engaging, memorable moments that strengthen client loyalty and reinforce the Private Spaces’ value proposition.
Network & Influence
- Build trusted relationships with Brand partners, Personal Shoppers and internal stakeholders.
- Act as a key contributor to cross-functional initiatives impacting Private Clients.
- Monitor competitor activity and best-in-class luxury hospitality practices.

- High emotional intelligence, discretion and presence.
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on leadership
- Strong organizational skills, handling several events across different spaces.
- Fluent in English and French. A third language is a plus.
