The Legal team is hiring a Legal Coordinator (m/f/d).

The role

This is a key administrative and coordination role supporting the Legal Director in the day-to-day management of the Village's legal operations. You'll help ensure legal processes run efficiently by coordinating contracts, documentation, deadlines and communications, while acting as a trusted link between the Legal department and teams across the business.

Location: This role is based on-site at Wertheim Village
Starting minimum salary: € 50.000

What you'll be doing

A few of the key responsibilities in this role:

  • Legal Administration & Contract Management — Support the administration of legal property matters, including contract management from drafting through to execution and archiving, as well as the management of rental guarantees, performance bonds, warranties and insurance documentation
  • Documentation & Deadline Management — Maintain legal files and archives, monitor key legal deadlines, process incoming and outgoing correspondence, and ensure documentation is accurate, complete and up to date
  • Executive Support — Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Legal Director, including managing German and English correspondence, coordinating travel arrangements and maintaining a busy calendar
  • Financial Administration — Process invoices, support budget monitoring and maintain accurate financial records for the Legal department
  • Cross-functional Collaboration — Act as the central point of contact between Legal and internal departments including Finance, Human Resources, Leasing, Retail, Marketing, Tourism and Operations to support efficient business processes
  • Property & Compliance Coordination — Support the monitoring and approval of shop unit transfers while ensuring legal documentation and related administrative processes are managed effectively

  • Administrative Experience — Previous experience as a team assistant, secretary, office assistant or in a similar administrative support role; experience within a legal environment is advantageous but not essential
  • Organisation & Attention to Detail — Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accuracy and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Communication & Collaboration — A proactive, resilient and team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across departments
  • Technical Proficiency — Good computer skills with confidence using Microsoft Office and managing documentation and administrative processes
  • Languages — Fluent German and English (written and spoken); additional language skills would be an advantage
