As our Private Client Services Manager (m/f/d), you will be a key part of the Private Client Services team and will be working closely with the Hospitality team to create and implement an elevated and consistent guest experience through the delivery of events for and enhance the high net worth (HNW) guest portfolio of the Village.
This role is hybrid and you will be required to work onsite at Wertheim Village a minimum of 4 days a week.
What you will be doing
The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following:
- Propose ideas or initiatives to continue to engage and drive private client engagement and acquisition
- Retain our HNW guests, assuring first time trial, repeat visits and building long-term guest loyalty to drive sales and single spend value
- Develop a more sophisticated understanding of our best guests through consistent and accurate data capture of guests from events
- Be responsible for event management and operational delivery of events for private clients and privilege guests
- Work with the brands on delivering specific brand led events

- Previous B2C event management experience for high profile guests in global luxury hospitality on varying event size and formats
- Computer literate and high proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience in event database management software is essential
- Experience in liaising with domestic and international high-profile and affluent clients, being mindful of cultural relevance
- Exceptional organisation and planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
