The Legal team is hiring a Work Experience – Legal (m/f/d).
The role
This is an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience within the Legal team of an international business. Supporting the day-to-day administration and coordination of legal processes, you'll work closely with experienced colleagues while developing valuable insights into commercial legal operations in a dynamic retail environment.
Location: This role is based on-site at Wertheim Village
Hourly rate: € 16
What you'll be doing
A few of the key responsibilities in this role:
- Contract Administration — Support the management of legal contracts by maintaining the contract database, filing documents and ensuring records are accurately archived
- Legal Documentation & Compliance — Assist with the administration of rental guarantees, performance and warranty bonds, insurance documentation and the recording of shop unit transfers
- Organisation & Administrative Support — Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, monitor legal deadlines, maintain files and archives, and support scheduling and general administrative tasks
- Cross-functional Collaboration — Work closely with colleagues across Finance, Human Resources, Leasing, Retail, Marketing and Operations to support the smooth running of legal processes
What we're looking for

- Education — You are currently studying Law, Business Law or a related degree programme and are keen to gain practical experience alongside your studies
- Organisation & Attention to Detail — A structured, reliable and accurate approach to your work, with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks
- Technical Proficiency — Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
- Communication & Teamwork — Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset and the motivation to contribute as part of a supportive team
- Languages — Excellent German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
